To edit a previously saved document choose Open and again you will be prompted for a filename. Similarly, select Exit when you are through editing a file.

Fonts, margins, line spacing, etc. can be set under the Format menu. Footnotes, page breaks, bullets, etc. are found under the Insert menu.

Tools: There are several tools available from Applix. Things like a spell checker and thesaurus can be found under the Tools menu.

Graphics: Tables, pictures, lines, borders, and other graphical displays can be included in your document through features located under the Insert and Table menus.
