The subcommittee meets once a week (currently Wednesday@10AM) as needed. Around the start of fall term, meetings were postponed to allow for the fall rush. Around the middle of fall term, a working group started to meet on writing the first policy draft (see Documents), and the subcommittee did not hold meetings. We did not have someone taking regular minutes until October 1998, so there are also some missing dates prior to that.
