CEC Annex

The CEC maintains a bank of modems for use by Math, Physics, and CS faculty, staff, and grad students. Passwords are synchronized with the departmental servers around 5pm each day. For people who have accounts in multiple domains, your password it taken from your primary domain unless otherwise requested.

The Annex does not authenticate via PPP, so you will need to have your dialup program open a terminal window to login and start PPP with or you will need to set up a login script to have the dialup program login and start PPP for you.
